IDENTITY AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The identity of peoples and nation states is one of the most debated and defended rights in various legislative spaces of various organizations on a planetary scale. From the human congregations in the primary stages of development, the peoples themselves naturally and instinctively raise this right, to the most organized and developed structures of society.
Establishing the balance between development and identity in this century is a challenge for any nation state. The defense of culture and identity values inherent in the era of globalization and the influence of ICTs is a battle in which the peoples do not give up.
