THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC IMPACT ON ADVENTURE AND EXPERIENCE TOURISM
Abstract
The present investigation is developed in Tabasco, Mexico, in the South-Southeast region of the country, with the theme related to Adventure and Experience Tourism, an interest that has grown from the natural beauty that the regions of the state have. Tourist attraction has been the trigger for economic recovery and social impact, as well as the participation of producers abroad, an important point for the analysis of this issue.
The objective of this proposal is divided into three stages: first, the location of relevant information on the presence of cocoa and chocolate production activities, as well as places where they are cataloged as optimal for Adventure and Experience Tourism. Second stage with the selection of the methodology which is documentary and with selection in official information by public and private organizations. Third, the cases, records and analysis of sporting and experience events that have impacted the region's economy after the global health crisis.
