Patrimonial - religious tourism and natural spaces: coexistence and competition
Abstract
In this paper, the relationship between tourist destinations with historical and religious heritage located in enclaves with environmental and geological interest is studied, such as the case of Guadalupe with the Royal Monastery of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Villuercas-Ibores-Jara Geopark, analysing their relationship of complementarity / competition, as well as the perception of visitors through a survey carried out with tourists where they are asked about the motivations that have led them to visit these enclaves and their preferences and knowledge of them.
